This event is NON-REFUNDABLE.
However transfers are available until Sunday August 12th, 2018 by the methods outlined below. This is a strict deadline and no transfers will be considered after this date.
- TRANSFERRING TO A FRIEND: After the race sells out, registered entrants can transfer their entry to a friend via their Nifty account. A person transferring out of the race is responsible for inputting the information of the new entrant into the system. Please note that Nifty will not handle the financial transfer - this must be done by the individuals involved. The Lost Sheep committee is not responsible for this financial transaction.
- TRANSFERRING VIA THE WAITING LIST: We will open a Waiting List between the dates of July 1st to 14th only. These transfers will be facilitated by the Lost Sheep committee. If you would like to avail of this option, please email email@example.com between the dates of July 1st and July 14th.
- MERCHANDISE: Athletes are to collect their merchandise at registration Friday night before the race. Athletes who bought merchandise, but end up transferring their entry, will be responsible for collecting their merchandise.
